These are tondos (circular images) of my daughter Temma that involve a mixed process including photography, textures, drawing, and painting. What you see here are the images in various states.
Temma has been a frequent subject in my work over the course of her life. She is profoundly other (our culture calls it “profoundly disabled”), and reflection/meditation on her existence has been an ongoing aspect of my work. This body of work is particularly focused in that “quest.”
